What is the Draw Date for the World Cup 2025?
The Draw Date for the World Cup is 5 Dec 2025.
Changes to you 3-,6 & 9-night FLEX Packages
· With the 9-Night FLEX Packages, you can change 25% of your matches up to 7 days after the World Cup draw date.
· You can change the games in your 3- and, 6-Night FLEX Packages up to 7 days after the World Cup teams are chosen.
What does the Flex Experience Package include?
· Accommodation for 3, 6, or 9 nights at 3or 4-star hotels, with daily breakfast.
· Your Accommodation Package is structured as below:
o 2 nights prior to the date of the match.
o Night of the match.
Example: Thus, if your match is booked for 18 June 2026, your accommodations are booked for 16, 17 and 19 June 2026.
· Tickets to 1, 2, or 3 group stage matches (based on package selected)
· Coordinated round-trip matchday transfers to stadiums
· On-site assistance from our representative Sport team
· Comprehensive travel insurance coverage up to $80,000 USD
· All taxes and fees included
How do I choose the matches I want to attend?
You may select 1–3 group stage matches within 7 days after the official World Cup 2026 draw.

Am I allowed to make changes to my choice of matches?
· Changes to match selections are not allowed after confirmation.
· Some matches (e.g., Opening Match) are excluded from standard package pricing and may have special rates based on availability.
Which hotels are included in the packages?
· Partner hotels include IHG, Hilton, Marriott Bonvoy, and Hyatt.
· Hotels are centrally located, close to tourist attractions, stores, bars, and restaurants.
· Specific hotel names are confirmed after final payment.
Are airport arrival and departure transfers to the hotel included?
No. We offer airport arrival and departure transfers as an optional add-on. A surcharge will apply for this optional add-on.
Are transfers from hotel to match venues included?
Yes. We offer tour coach transportation on a shared experience basis from hotel to match venues and back.
Private transfers from hotel to match venues included?
Private transfers from hotel to match venues and back can be arranged as an optional add-on. A surcharge will apply for this optional add-on.
What is the ticket delivery process?
· Tickets are delivered electronically or physically from purchase up until just before the event.
· Ticket distribution is gradual and not necessarily based on purchase order.
· Distribution instructions are emailed before match day.[1]
Can I change, cancel, or refund my booking?
· For rules relating to changes to your FLEX Packages post World Cup Draw date – 7 Dec 2025 please refer to “ Changes to you 3-,6 & 9-night FLEX Packages” printed above.
· Tickets, once processed, are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
· Hotel reservation changes (dates, room types, guest names) are subject to availability and possible extra fees.
· A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.[1]
What if the event is postponed, moved, or cancelled?
· If the event venue or date changes, tickets remain valid for the next scheduled match.
· If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued once confirmed by the event organizer.[1]
Are seats guaranteed together for my group?
· Seats are guaranteed in pairs for purchases involving more than two tickets.
· The seat category is honored, but sector, row, or exact seats are not guaranteed. The organizers of World Cup 2025 reserve the right tomove your seating to a different part of the same seat category without prior notice.
Are there package upgrades available?
· Upgrades to Sidelines or Premium Sidelines seats are available for additional fees, depending on package and match. All upgrades are subject to availability.
What is not included in the package?
· Hotel accommodations between matches. E.g. If you match in Boston end on 18 June 2025 and the next match is scheduled for 24 June 2026 in Los Angeles, the accommodations between 18 and 22 June are not covered by this package.
· Air, Land and Sea passage between points where the matches are played. We offer Air and Land transportation as an optional add-on for an additional price.
· Services not specified in the inclusions list are not included.
· Visa and health arrangements are the responsibility of the traveler.
· The package comes with a basic Travel Insurance Package coverage for upto US $80,000. We recommend you top u this with your own purchase of Travel Insurance.
