Kingston is the entrance to the 1000 Islands region. It is Canada's first capital and one of Ontario's ancient cities with 21 national historic sites, 24 museums and UNESCO World Heritage designation. This tour includes a Kingston Trolley Tours hop-on / hop-off tour of the city's historic downtown and waterfront with a 1000 Islands lunch cruise and the famous highlights of Kingston. An enjoyable buffet lunch will be served on the cruise, along with live music and entertainment. The vessels have fully enclosed decks and operates in all weather. The cruise turns by small cottage islands and grand estates that bring tourists from all over the world. The trolley tour stops at Fort Henry, the Penitentiary Museum, and Queen’s University, and includes narration in English, French, Mandarin and German with individual headset.
There is no parking at Crawford Dock. However, there is plenty of parking available in the downtown area. We recommend Hanson Memorial Parking Garage or one of the other public parking lots.
The cruise will depart from Crawford Dock, immediately adjacent to the Kingston 1000 Islands Cruises' ticket booth and gift shop, located just off Confederation Park in downtown Kingston (1 Brock Street), and just behind the Confederation Place Hotel.
Note: Operation of this tour is subject to the evolving COVID-19 situation.
