Booking Policy for West Yellowstone’s Winter Splendor

PAYMENTS
• 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
• 50% of the remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure.
• Final balance due 31 days before tour departure.
• All prices are quoted as cash prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A non-refundable 10% cancellation fee (of the total tour price) plus any vendor fees applies to all cancellations.
• Rescheduling within 30 days of departure is subject to the same 10% non-refundable fee plus vendor fees.
• Any changes to a confirmed booking after deposit will incur a $250 amendment fee per change, plus any additional cost differences.
• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of departure. A tour credit for the remaining balance will be issued, valid for up to two years from the cancellation date.
